Capability Overview
The QC Center handles inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process products and finished goods, equipped with a direct-reading spectrometer, universal testing machine, impact tester, hardness tester and ultrasonic flaw detection equipment.
All inspection data is archived by heat number; quality certificates are taken directly from actual inspection records and can be traced through the full chain of smelting, rolling and inspection.

FAQ
All data comes from actual inspection records of the batch, and original data can be retrieved by heat number. Third-party re-inspection can be directly compared, with no template application.
We can cooperate with SGS, BV, TÜV and other institutions for witnessed sampling, resident supervision and pre-shipment inspection. Test conditions and sampling plans are negotiated according to customer requirements.
