Milestones

From a single trading line in 2008 to a full chain of cold rolling, hot rolling, finishing and processing — every expansion was driven by customer demand.

Key Milestones

2008

Company Founded

Founded in the Chao'an Economic Development Zone, Chaozhou, Guangdong, starting as a stainless steel trading company serving local hardware, kitchenware and architectural decoration customers.

2012

First Cold Rolling Line Commissioned

Moved from trading to manufacturing, gaining in-house production of 2B / BA cold-rolled coils and beginning to take direct export orders.

2016

International Trade Department Established

First orders shipped to the Philippines and Vietnam, building a Southeast Asia sales and service network and establishing export processes and documentation systems.

2019

Hot Rolling and Finishing Lines Commissioned

Added hot-rolled coil, sheet and circle capabilities, forming a full-form supply of "coil — sheet — circle" and increasing lines to 8.

2022

Passed ISO 9001 Certification

Quality and documentation systems cover EN 10088 / ASTM A240 export standards, entering European and Middle East markets.

2025

Annual integrated capacity 2 million tons

12 production lines at full load, 30,000㎡ plant area, products exported to 60+ countries and regions.

Expansion follows the bottlenecks customers wait on longest: first lead time (in-house cold rolling), then form (hot rolling and finishing), then capacity (thin-gauge scheduling).

The reasoning behind each milestone

  • 2012: In-house cold rolling line. In trading, lead time and surface quality were uncontrollable; only with our own line could we make promises we could keep.
  • 2016: International Trade Department. Exports need dedicated handling of standards, inspection, and documents—part-time work never builds a system.
  • 2019: Added hot rolling and finishing — customers prefer full packages, so single-form suppliers struggle to make project shortlists
  • 2022: Closed certification gaps — document systems must meet standards first to enter Europe and the Middle East
  • 2025: Capacity scaled to 2 million tons — new capacity mainly cuts scheduling waits for thin gauges and custom parts
