Rolling, finishing, inspection and warehousing on one site
The base covers about 30,000 m² with 12 lines — cold rolling, hot rolling, finishing, slitting and cutting — for roughly 2 million tonnes a year. The main bay runs in one direction: coil moves from rolling to finishing, inspection and packing without doubling back.
The site is in eastern Guangdong: about 40 km to Shantou port, 380 km to Yantian (Shenzhen) and 420 km to Nansha (Guangzhou). Road transport reaches the terminal the same day; export cargo is normally consolidated within 1–2 days.

Inspection and warehousing
Every batch has a traceable inspection record
The QC centre inspects incoming material and outgoing product: chemistry, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerance, surface quality and intergranular corrosion (on request). Certificates are issued per heat number; third-party witness inspection (SGS / BV / Intertek) can be booked ahead.
Finished goods are stored apart from processing; coils upright, sheets flat, palletised with moisture barrier to export standard. Labelling, strapping and supervised loading photos on request.
