3 · sample1–3 pieces, mark critical dimensions and surface requirements; Sample Fee offsets first mass production order (per contract).
4 · First Piece Confirmation (Three Signatures)Dimensions / Surface / Performance signed off by you before entering mass production —— This document defines our responsibilities.
Commit to dateProvide material book, inspection records, and packing list with goods; batch shipments and designated ports are possible.
Handle anomaliesReject or replace batches that fail to meet contract terms; disputes are resolved based on the first piece confirmation + material book, not verbally.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Per piece type: 1 sheet for plates, 500 pieces for rounds, and 50 pieces for non-standard samples can be below this standard but at sample prices.
How long does it take to proof and how much does it cost?
Standard pieces 7–10 days Enter sample; samples are charged based on materials and labor, first mass production order can be offset (must be specified in the contract).
Can you print my brand? How is packaging handled?
Yes. Provide logo file and packaging specifications, we do neutral packaging or customer-branded packaging; labels and barcodes will be printed according to your requirements.
Are you a manufacturer or trader?
We are stainless steel application engineering service provider: production capacity is completed through agreements with 3 rolling mills + 2 precision processing centers; full traceability from furnace to batch; We are the sole responsible party for our customers.
