To meet the compliance requirements of our customers in Europe and North America, we have completed the conversion of process documentation and inspection procedures for two stainless steel standards:EN 10088-2andASTM A240.
Orders under either standard can now be shipped with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate of the corresponding standard. Chemical composition and mechanical properties are judged according to the standard, so customers no longer need to arrange their own secondary testing.
Grades covered: 1.4301 / 1.4404 / 1.4016 (EN) and 304 / 316L / 430 (ASTM). Thickness range 0.3–60 mm; finishes 2B / BA / No.1 / HL / 8K.
